The problem is that during hard acceleration the clutch will lock prematurely.  
The Carpenter Racing Clutch Mod solves this problem.  The Clutch Mod gives the rider 
improved clutch feel and control over the stock Hayabusa clutch. Works on all model year Hayabusas
